Item description:

These strips of shadowy smoke are made of shadowstuff.  They barely feel
like they are there, but handling them reveals that they are tubes of
shadowy fabric that could fit over the arms or legs.  The tubes stretch and
shrink to accomodate either pair of limbs, and each tube has
crescent-shaped blades running up the length in a row, which, unlike the
tubes themselves, are quite solid and are very sharp.
