Item description:

Essentially, what is here are four hoops of malachite: two large ones and
two small ones.  The larger bands fit around the upper arms from the elbow
to the shoulder.  The smaller ones loop around the forearms, covering the
area near the elbow but not long enough to venture into vambrace territory.
 Each set of two, one large and one small, is attached to one another by a
small silver chain, and glowing runes have been etched in silver around the
center of each band.
