Item description:

These pads is fashioned from very large yellow feathers that fade to a deep
electric blue at the tips. They fit across the back of the wearer's hand by
short leather straps. Small arcs of lightning dance between the feathers,
creating a flickering glow and filling the air with the sharp smell of
ozone.
