Item description:

This magical artifact consists of a black, light-absorbing stone on a
leather cord which is made of the hide of an ancient evil dragon. The stone
itself is pure black and cold to the touch. This is one of the rare abyss
stones which come from the deepest chaotic abysses, a place of cruel death
and blackest evil. While the glowing dragon hide seems to strengthen your
endurance, the stone itself is of an evil magic.
