Item description:

This bracer and a ring were created by an evil sorcerer in hopes of
pleasing his vampiric master. Each was magically enchanted to rob the user
of some of their magic abilities and turn it into a boost to the wearers
overall damage they would inflict in battle. It is said once they were
finished the creator was devoured by the vampire and a bloody mist fell
over the metal, causing it to glow an eerie red.
