Item description:

This is a cut and plied piece of wood is a rectangular shape.  It is about
five centimeters thick.  It has two loop of leather nailed into the back so
one can put one's arm through the one and seize the other loop with the hand
of the same arm.  The wood is a medium-weight, probably some sort of swamp
tree given the odor.
