Item description:

A pile of dark brown sludge with an uneven, lumpy consistency and
occasional flecks of unidentifiable matter. The smell coming off the sludge
identifies it to be made from mainly human waste and although it seems
unlikely, it is possible that some alchemist might be able to make use of
this in a potion or other such concoction.
