Item description:

This skull is slightly larger than an average sized skull and is
completely engulfed in black flames that crackle with a cold energy.
These black flames are more commonly known as blightfire, which not
only burns, but freezes whatever it strikes as well. The odd thing
about this skull is that it also seems to provide the user with some
protection against both fire and ice. In the proper hands it could be
used as a weapon or it can even be used as protection for the head.
