Item description:

This is a wide band of dark gray steel meant to be worn around the neck. 
The choker consists of several curved plates that are held together via
wires that hook each plate with the adjacent ones.  One such linkage only
has one large wire instead of three small ones and acts as the clasp for
the choker.  One of the plates has been enchanted to glow, albeit softly.
