Item description:

These soft-soled shoes are made from bleached-white wool. They are lined
with washed, unspun wool. They are stitched and hemmed with thread made
from silver. Runes of elemental and spiritual power are sewn into the soles
of the shoes, to help energy flow up from the ground and through the
wearer.
