could pull off. The leather has been intricately binded together through a
series of tight wrappings. Pulsing red rubies have been inserted and tied to
spots evenly spaced along the length of this piece of clothing. The
possession of this piece of equipment by a powerful mage and its ultimate
use, bind the person to the power of all the former users. Through this belt
the magics of the past give rise to the torments or salvations of the future.
