Item description:

These wings are painstakingly crafted from platinum. Each feather is
exquisitely detailed, seemingly having fallen from the body of a great
metal bird. There are joined and jointed together by a ratcheting mechanism
of gears that rests between the shoulder blades of the wearer. A set of
straps secures them to the wearer's shoulders and upper arms. While not
capable of true flight, these wings grant the wearer increased mobility,
and the edges of the feathers are sharp enough to be used offensively.
