Item description:

The vest opens in the front and fastens with multiple oblong crystal
pieces down its length that slip through slits on the other side.  The
fabric is an off white that sparkles in the light, casting it and
breaking it up.  It looks fairly sturdy given that it's fabric, and
there are clear pieces of some kind of crystal woven into it.
