Item description:

A delicate oval link chain connects two small silver skulls, each back with
a sharp pin and a butterfly clasp.  Rather than being flat depictions, the
nose studs are three dimensional representations of miniature skulls with
tiny hollows for the eye and nose cavities and a grinning jaw filled with
teeth.
