Item description:

The helm is made of a silvery metal that entirely covers the head except for
the narrow area cut out for vision in the front.  It is obviously fire
resistant, for it shows not even discoloration even though from the back
of the helmet spews a plume of real flame.  The flamespurt is over a foot
long, and could be used to hurt opponents who do not wear fire-resistant
helmets.
