Item description:

It looks like a pair of Ralnoth issue gloves like the type you'd see the
cityguards wearing bound with a sheet of human skin.  The overall effect is a
pair of bluish colored gloves with a red transluscence, making them purple. 
Soft yellowish capillaries trail from one end of each glove to another, and
coarse brown kenderhair grows in jagged patches throughout.
