Item description:

It is a cloak, tunic and cape rolled into one.  Long-sleeved with the
bottom about mid-thigh.  The capote is made of thick blue virgin wool. 
Attached to the hood is a long strap meant for tying around your forehead
to secure the hood.  It is also has multiple belts, allowing the wearer to
modify its width to his or her liking.  The oversized neck flaps and collar
will protect your neck and head well from the elements.  Though it could be
used as a wind-breaker, it could also be used for an overcoat.
