Item description:

A dome of iron is covered with leather, which hangs down to cover both the
neck and face of the wearer.  The boiled leather faceplate has eye and  mouth
holes cut in it.  On either side of the helmet is a horn carved from the tip
of a mammoth's tusk. A few riveted studs hold the leather to the iron cap.
