Item description:

Designs of various warriors fighting all manner of creatures, from dark
elves to dragons, are painted along the arms of these sleeves. A closer
look causes the picture to suddenly shift, to a group of twisted black
creatures conjuring fire upon a village of innocent people. The cold,
arcane power from the sleeves glows a peaceful blue color, then shifts
suddenly to virulent crimson when you blink.
