Item description:

The seams of this dagger are flawless, as if the entire piece had been cast
from a single mold.  It has a golden sheen about it, like adamantium.  The
point of the the blade is crooked--bent forward a little like a hook.  A
small skull has been set into the butt of the grip, and the entire handle has
a snake coiled about it, with the blade coming out of the serpent's mouth
where its tongue ought to be.
