Etched on each side of these leather boots is the regenerare rune. Its said
to be the regeneration rune, the mark beside the rune is the mana symbol.
These magical runes cause the boots to glow. The boots are not very thick
making them unsuitable for the cold. Most likely these boots have been
designed by the rune smith of Emerald City.
