Item description:

This is a small silver cuff which is meant to slide down the outside of the
wearer's ear until it is just above the center. A highly polished silver
chain is attached to it, which hangs down to just below the ear lobe, which
in turn connects to a silver stud. Also attached to the cuff is the real
decoration, which is an owl crafted of highly polished silver wire.
