Item description:

The soles of these boots are a worked leather, tough and thick.  The
white cloth that makes up the majority of their shin-height length is
woven in with very fine strips of what looks like a crystal material. 
The laces are a white leather cord, and start near the ankle and
continue all the way to the top.
