Item description:

The weapon resemble tonfas or nightsticks, built on a small, stout wooden
rod with a shorter rod sticking out to one side of the main rod.  The
primary rod has a blade on each side, which makes gripping the weapon that
way impossible.  Instead, one uses the shorter rod, allowing for quickly,
twirling maneuvers that might not strike as hard but would be super-fast.
