Item description:

This vial is made of finely blown glass, and has a stopper colored green
red and yellow in the top. The liquid inside swirls in different patterns
while emiting a soft glow. The vial itself seems to crackle with energy, as
if the spells inside were just waiting to be released. A label on the side
says 'hands spells.'
