Item description:

This is an embroidered patch or badge which is about six inches tall, and
is meant to be sewn or otherwise attached to the clothing on a person's
upper arm. It is a rich royal blue in color, and has a softly glowing white
outline. The entire insignia is in the shape of Morjah Island, and a white
owl has been embroidered in the center of it. This is probably the insignia
of the Morja branch of the sect of White Necromancy.
