Item description:

Made from interlocking plates of shiny, silvery mithril, these leggings seem
quite strong for their light weight.  Bending freely at the knees, they seem
sized for shorter, stout folk, but could be adjusted to protect most any
wearer.  Each of the pair bears the insignia of a dwarven shield before a
sturdy tower of dwarven stonework stamped onto the thigh.
