Item description:

This metal rod is about three and a half feet in length and coated with
an unknown black substance. One end is very sharp, while the other has a
thin rubber wrap on it, which seems to be useable as a handle. Small
flashes of yellow electricity are moving up and down the length of the
baar and some are jumping from it's tip.
