This is a pair of perfectly ordinary looking  spectacles, exactly the kind
you'd expect office workers across the land to be wearing. The lens's are
roughly oval in shape and are set in a wire frame of indeterminate metal. 
Peering through a lens however you notice something strange.  Colors are
more vibrant, straight lines appear softened if not outright blurred, and
passers by appear markedly more friendly.
