This transparent bracer glows with an eerie hue, and upon careful

inspection one can make out the hundreds of minuscule and luminous orbs
that flutter around within it. Elaborate carvings are etched into the
crystal in some long-forgotten and ancient tongue. It's glow brightly
lights the area around you.
