This toadstool has a dark green cap, bright red gills and a short,
squat Stalk of a slightly lighter colored green. A ring of fleshy
tissue encircles the middle of the stalk. This mushroom is native to
the nightmare plane, where it gets its name of naksomn or Nak-Somn,
which is the rune for nightmare.
