Nearly every inch of this bracelet has been crafted out of the scales from
a dragon. They have been expertly joined together with a strange metallic
substance, which allows it to be flexible and yet still sturdy enough for
every day use. It is perhaps eight inches in circumference but magically
adjusts to fit the wearer's wrist. No markings can be seen on the bracelet,
other than a single lone green eye that glows softly.
