Item description:

A plate of gold has been fashioned into the likeness of a snarling
lion. Lenses of cobalt blue glass are set into the eye holes. Several
hundred thin golden scales are linked together to form a mane that
drapes over the shoulders of the wearer. It has been inlaid with
chocolate diamond. This ultra-hard, clear gemstone is a rich, fine
brown in color.
