Obviously these are way too small to be part of any buffalo, but it is
pretty easy to see they are chicken wings and legs. They have been
seasoned, barbecued to perfection, then slathered in very spicy vinegar and
tomato based sauce. They are then served on a plate with a small bowl of
ranch dipping sauce. A customer may not realize what the folded wet cloth
that comes with this dish is for until they start eating and realize how
deliciously messy these wings are.
