Item description:

On a leather cord several knucklebones have been threaded together and each
of them has a rune carved on the surface. The cord is simple and has only a
small tie at the back to hold it together on the person's neck. The
knucklebones have been cleaned completely and left a gleaming white. The
one defining characteristic of each bone is that they are all glowing
faintly with a soft inner light.
