Item description:

This silk skirt is bright green in color, with a pattern of leaves
embroidered upon it in darker green thread. It has a dozen deep pleats
around its circumference. The hoops are made from whalebone. They hold the
skirt out away from the legs of the wearer. The skirt comes with a set of
petticoats to go underneath of it.
