A figurine about the size of your head, showing a huge, spindly creature
with folded wings partially spread out on the ground. Long icicles sprout
from every angle on its body, and a hideous visage glares pure evil back at
you.  The eyes are small bluish gems that glint with a fire all their own.

The entire figurine is made of silver, and seems perpetually covered in
frost no matter how you try to warm it or keep it out of the cold.
