It looks like part of an intelligence report concerning troop movements
and the gathering of forces.  It looks like the dwarves are preparing
for something, but it's not obvious from this paper.  There is also
mention of guarding and/or sealing off several of the deeper tunnels,
which seems strange to you... what kind of enemy would use tunnels so
deep in the dwarven catacombs?
