This is an ordinary clipboard. It's brown with a silver metal spring clip
secured at the top. Typically clipboards are used to secure papers in an easy
to transport format, such as the note attached to this one. 

Dr. Jalick,
                This is getting out of hand. Nobody seems to know what's going
on with our patients. I've decided to hire a few mercs from the Gralin corps.
They sent us three of what they claim are their finest. I know, it's not my 
best decision ever. They'll probably spook the patients, but I feel I have no
choice. Please be extra vigilant.
