This is undoubtedly the stinger from a large honey bee. It looks rather
sharp, but it is too small and fragile to do anything remotely close to
wielding it. You might be able to hold it and use it to remove any toxins,
but that's about it. No doubt the little girl just thought it was a
cute token, in her own way.
