Item description:

It's a small collar, made to fit a small dog.  It wouldn't fit around your
neck, but it looks like it should just about fit around your wrist.  It has
a small metal bell attached to it.  The little bell has the word 'Spot'
engraved on one side. It doesn't look all that useful.
