Item description:

It looks like a regular waterskin, dyed a dark ruddy red color.  The
mouth is strange - instead of the regular narrow neck with folding
seal, it has a wide mouth making it big enough to perhaps put your head
into.  A strange bone contraption slides back and forth across the
mouth, sealing or unsealing the bag.  When opened, the mouth of the bag
stands wide open as though forced, and the remainder of the bag assumes
a shape that causes it to stand upright.  How odd.
