Item description:

This is a small flask, with a wide flat bottom and a narrow neck. The
stopper in the top of the flask is fashioned into the shape of a small,
fanged skull, but the flask itself is otherwise unremarkable. The
contents, however, are something else entirely: a thick, deep purple
liquid that seems to suck in the light around it, and moves almost
hypnotically slowly when disturbed. Occasionally, the liquid randomly
begins to bubble vigorously, as though threatening to burst from the
flask and free itself, only to stop just as suddenly and return to its
slow, thick resting state.

Attached to the flask is a small piece of paper with what appear to be
instructions.  Judging from the crude stick figures on it, you should
'use' this potion on the target you want to have disappear.
