Item description:

This pouch is merely a two-foot strip of cloth.  The bottom of the cloth
was folded 1/3 of the length of the strip and sown around the edges, forming
a pocket.  The top 1/3, unsewn, can be folded over the length of the 'pouch'
to make a sort of lid.
