Item description:

A simple cylindrical hilt, with a flared cross guard and hexagonal base. It
is small, with a texture like glass, and seemingly suited for some type of
dagger. This hilt is made from dragonglass, a rare material only a truly
skilled mage can harvest from the scales of a powerful dragon.
