The three islands lie in a row, from west to east.  They are separated by
a vast distance from each other, and also from the mainland - this map is
not to scale.

The numbers represent the locations of the major cities on each island:

0 - Island Sloe      encampment, new character quest
1 - Island Sloe      city: Vemarken
2 - Island Kordan    city: Indira
3 - Island Kordan    city: Naphtali
4 - Island Archais   city: Gad's Landing
5 - Island Archais   city: Dragontooth

Vemarken and Indira are connected by an ancient portal system.
Naphtali and Gad's Landing are also connected by portals.
Dragontooth is connected to Ralnoth by a portal that Dentin created.
