Day 4:
Information on the chaos soul was scarce but I have found a book 
detailing its existence. It was the last monster to be created by 
the chaos witch and the most feared. A combination of demon souls 
and souls of people obsessed with murder. The entity can not be 
killed but it was defeated by a group of heroes over two centuries 
ago and the entity was banished in the outer realm. Only the chaos 
witch can undo what she created but she refused to cooperate and 
she too was imprisoned.
