Item description:

It's pretty obvious this hammer is of dwarven design and specially made
to be wielded with both hands. The head is blunt on both ends and has
been crafted out of mithril. Attached to the head is a two foot length of
dark colored wood that has been banded in several places for extra
support. It is truly a shame that such a fine weapon has just been
carelessly left lying here in the dirt.
