Item description:

This is an impact weapon with a short haft, made of iron and intended to be
used with a single hand.  The striking end has a large, flat hammer on one
side and a blunt spike on the opposing  side.  Tiny arcs of white
electricity frequently flow between the hammer and spike, and you can feel
a static charge emanating from it.
