Item description:

It's a thick straight dowl made of a dense wood.  The lower half has been
sanded and smoothed, and a solid metal weight has been attached to the top. 
Two bands of leather have been wrapped at equal distances from each end, and
a intricate reliefwork decorates the wood in between the leather.
